Online Store Terms and Conditions
The owner of the online store bondingpupers.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is Mikiwal OÜ (registry code 14100490), located at Võsu mnt 33, Haljala, Lääne-Virumaa, 45301, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing products from the Website.
Prices of products sold on the Website are indicated next to each product and include VAT where applicable.
Product information is provided directly on the Website alongside the product.
Lacing Orders and Payment Methods
To purchase a product, add the desired item to the cart on the Website.
To complete the order, fill in the required information fields. The total amount payable will then be displayed on screen.
Payments can be made securely using the following payment methods:

Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank

Card payments and other supported payment methods via Stripe
When paying via bank link, please ensure you click “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Payment is completed outside the Website in a secure environment:

Bank link payments take place in the respective bank’s secure environment

Card and other supported payments are processed in Stripe’s secure environment
The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.
The sales agreement enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Website owner’s account.
The Website owner is the controller of personal data and transfers the necessary personal data to authorized payment processors Maksekeskus AS and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd solely for the purpose of processing payments.
Delivery of Goods
For physical products, once payment has been received, the purchased goods will be dispatched to the buyer no later than 2 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from notification.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller by email at reimo@sapo.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except when the returned product does not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within this period.
The online store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
The online store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or the buyer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, the online store is not required to refund the additional delivery costs.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and does not apply to legal entities.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact, and in the same condition as received.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable or rapidly expiring goods
- Opened or damaged packaged food products, including pet food and treats
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Goods are delivered to the parcel terminal selected by the customer via:
Omniva, Smartpost, DPD, or FedEx.
