Place an order through the online store, and your first box will be sent to you. Every 3 weeks, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will send you a new box.

The subscription box consists of 100% naturally dried snacks. Every month, we will send you a new box, and we will coordinate the contents with you to ensure it is perfect for your dog.

Cancellation is very simple. Just don’t pay the invoice. The invoice will be voided, and the subscription will be terminated.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE ITEMS FOR YOUR BOX?
We want our box to have the greatest possible social impact. We aim for every item in our boxes to be made by someone whose product also contributes to the box’s success.
Already, our toys are produced by the Hea Hoog Foundation. We purchase postcards from the Estonian family business Lucky Laika. Dog-themed stickers are ordered from Olevus Art. The majority of treats come from the Irish family business Atlas and Tail. We are very happy with all our partners. Of course, we are always looking for and open to new collaborations to make our surprise box even more special.
